Extended Release Solids – Scale Paraffin Asphaltene Inhibitor

Muby Chemicals established in the year 1976, is pioneer in Manufacturing Chemicals for Oil and Gas Exploration, Hydraulic Fracturing (Fracking) and coiled tube Chemicals. Our advanced chemistry leading to an innovative and high-performance product range is coupled with effective on and off site management services.

We are manufacturer of Specialty chemicals, Pharmaceutical Excipients, Fragrance & Flavorchemicals in India, which are of IP, BP, USP, Ph. Eur., FCC or Food Grade, ACS, AR or Analytical Reagent Grade, LR or Laboratory Reagent Grade, Pure and Technical Grades of various chemicals.

Description

In the USA, UAE, Iran Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and other oil producing areas, several hundred chemical compounds are used in hydraulic fracturing also called fracking, fracing or frac. In some areas like UK only ‘Non-Hazardous’ chemicals are permitted for fracturing fluids by the Environment Agency. All chemicals have to be declared publicly and increasingly, food additive based chemicals are available to allow fracking to take place safely.

Mubychem is an internationally preferred source for Stimulation Chemicals and Hydraulic Fracturing Chemicals. We serve various oil and shale gas producing countries like USA UAE, Kuwait, Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, UK, Europe India etc. We are never too far from your well-site with multiple 24/7 company owned or rented warehouses in the India, USA and across the globe. With customers in several countries, we sell almost all the fracturing chemicals.

ScaleGone™ – Solid Slow Release Scale Inhibitor
Features
ScaleGone™ is designed to be placed along with proppant, slowly delivering scale inhibitors where they are needed the most!
ScaleGone™ technology delivers long-term protection from scale build-up using a threshold inhibitor which is effective against oilfield scales like calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, strontium and barium sulfate.
It also aids in preventing precipitation of naturally occurring radioactive material (NORM) waste.
Applications
ScaleGone™ inhibitor is recommended for use in wells with BHT of up to 280 °F.
Compatibility
ScaleGone™ inhibitor is compatible with all known aqueous fracturing fluids including slickwater, linear & cross-linked gels.

Extended Release Scale Paraffin Asphaltene Inhibitor Solid State Manufacturers

Benefits
ScaleGone™ provides a steady source of scale inhibitor for years, greatly reducing operating cost and maintaining optimum production.
ScaleGone™ can be added on the fly with proppant, eliminating the need for a separate treatment.
ScaleGone™ is a high active content composite, greater than 60% w/w of the product is active material.
ScaleGone™ leaves no residue in the proppant pack.  Other long-term inhibitors leave behind insoluble residue like polymers, silica or diatomaceous earth, reducing proppant pack conductivity.

A similar item ParasGone™ is used for inhibition of paraffin and asphaltene.

Paraffin are high-molecular-weight carbon-hydrogen compounds that can build up as deposits in the well-bore choking the same. Many crudes contain dissolved paraffin and waxes that can deposit causing build up in production equipment and pipelines, restricting flow and creating other problems. This results in a decrease in production. Deposits may be soft accumulations to hard, brittle deposits. to ensure continuous flow, these deposits must be removed.
We offer right solution with our paraffin and wax inhibitor. This prevents precipitation on pipe surfaces or safety equipment. We offer conventional and solid slow-release or extended release Paraffin Inhibitors.
In some shale gas formations production declines in the first year of production are common and are often attributed to deposition of paraffin. Decline rates of 50% in the first year on production is common. The solid high-strength controlled-release additive are used to stabilize the paraffin in the initial stages of the well life, when deposition is predicted to be most severe. This solid paraffin inhibitor particles are added with the proppant. The particle is designed to slowly release the adsorbed paraffin inhibitor into the bulk oil as it flows.

Asphaltenes are high molecular substances that are found in crude oil. Asphaltenes impart high viscosity to crude oils, negatively impacting production, also the variable asphaltene concentration in crude oils within individual reservoirs creates production problems. Asphaltenes are known to be one of the largest causes of fouling in the heat exchangers of the crude oil distillation preheat train. They are present within micelles in crude oil, which can be broken down by reaction with paraffins under high temperature. Once the protective micelle has been removed polar asphaltenes agglomerate and are transported to the tube walls, where they can stick and form a foulant layer.
The dispersant/solvent approach is used for removing asphaltenes from formation minerals. Continuous treating may be required to inhibit asphaltene deposition in the tubing. Batch treatments are common for dehydration equipment and tank bottoms. There are also asphaltene precipitation inhibitors that can be used by continuous treatment or squeeze treatments.
We offer right solution with our asphaltene inhibitor. This prevents precipitation on pipe surfaces or safety equipment.
